The hair replacement system works by being attached to the scalp by an adhesive glue. 

First of all the after the original consultation and the desired hair system and style is chosen the hairline is stencilled onto the head. The base of the system is then cut down to the side of the head. The hair on the scalp is shaven off and a scalp protector is applied. The adhesive glue is applied to the head and the base of the hair system. The system is then attached to the scalp. Once attached the hair is then sectioned and cut into the desired style.

The hair system then needs 48 hours for the adhesive to fully cure ,in this time the client is advised on the correct aftercare to follow to ensure a maximum hold for the adhesive.

The hair systems can last up to 6 months with the correct aftercare and regular maintenance appointments. These are recommended every 3/4 weeks.

The best way to care for a hair system is by keeping it hydrated using system safe leave in conditions and styling sprays, not overly washing it , not using thickening products, salt sprays or hair sprays. Over the counter products contain harsh chemicals and alcohols that can have negative effects on hair systems. Your hair replacement specialist should be able to recommend products and aftercare to look after your system. 

The cost of a hair system and fitting is £700. We take a deposit on order of the system which is £335 and the remainder is paid on the day of fitting.

Yes, regular maintenance is necessary to ensure that your hair system looks and feels its best. We recommend that you come in for maintenance every 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your lifestyle and usage.

A consultation is the first step of starting the process, you can book this by calling the number provided or by filling out our contact form. Please be aware that the hair on the sides needs to be at least 3/4 inches long in order for us to carry out a colour match on the hair. 

At the consultation we will complete a colour match and a patch test of the adhesive glue. We will discuss your desired look and lifestyle and create a plan for you.

Not all consultations have to be carried out face to face in some cases we can do them via video link.

Once the first stage is complete we will order the hair system and arrange an appointment date for the fitting.
